Elsevier Adopts the Open Access Journal Publishing Model as it Closes Innovative Multi-Year Deals with University Consortia

In May 2020, Elsevier has entered into country-level Open Access partnerships with the national university association and research bodies in the Netherlands and Switzerland, which enable both access to recent research results across its extensive journal portfolio and ability to publish in its Gold and Hybrid Open Access journals.
